Anesthetic ingredients:
Lidocaine 4%, Epinephrine 2%, tetracaine hydrochloride 2%, and Prilocaine 5%.

Directions:
- Disinfection. With a cotton swab dipped in 75% alcohol, repeatedly wiping the lips quickly to achieve the purpose of disinfection. Wipe the lip of the dead skin and soften the cuticles so that the liquid can penetrate the skin.
- Starting Permanent. Expand lips with your fingers, and stain the numbing liquid with a cotton swab(Please don't use the swab with the wooden handle as it will absorb the liquid ) Repeatedly wipe the lip for 2 minutes, lip Liner should be wiped hard, please note, then waiting 4-6 minutes, you'll find the lip become slightly pale and some crystal items left, remove it by a swab, then you can doing lip tattooing, some people need to repeat the above steps if haven't numbed.
- Leave the anesthetic on until it is removed by the professional before the procedure.
It can be used in: Patterns of physical, embroidered eyebrows, and lips bleaching.
Not appropriate for eyeliner as it may drip into the eye. Try a gel instead.
Tips & Warnings
Swipe across and repeat wiping on the skin longer for better results.
Don't use during the procedure, or after the skin has been broken. Epinephrine makes the skin blacken and the Hemostatic effect is very good.
Note: 1. The patient with heart disease, diabetes mellitus, and skin disease is forbidden to use this product.
